1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Kenya and to selected international destinations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Custom or special-order items may take 5-7 business days for processing.

Delivery Time

  • Within Nairobi & major towns: 1-3 business days.
  • Outside Nairobi (other counties): 3-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier service.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and package weight.
  • Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at Info@methoddigitaltech.com with photos of the damaged items.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking or replacing the item, depending on availability.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized, personalized, or clearance sale items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at Info@methoddigitaltech.com or call 0741140637 within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.)
  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item you prefer.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
