Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Kenya and to selected international destinations.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
- Custom or special-order items may take 5-7 business days for processing.
Delivery Time
- Within Nairobi & major towns: 1-3 business days.
- Outside Nairobi (other counties): 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier service.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and package weight.
- Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at Info@methoddigitaltech.com with photos of the damaged items.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking or replacing the item, depending on availability.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns are not accepted for customized, personalized, or clearance sale items.
Return Process
- Contact us at Info@methoddigitaltech.com or call 0741140637 within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
- We will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.)
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item you prefer.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
